A weird but good way to jump start your diet to work into a busy life style. Ya I'm the girl who posted the diet thread last night. Here is how I am keeping the weight off and actually feel better about my self.
I did Atkins for 3 months that kick started my metabolism. Then I ended up going on a high protein/high protein diet. I walk 3-5 times a week for 30-60 mins and I drink alot of v-8 and water with women's one a day vitamins I mash up and through into my special-k cereal. I drink alot of green/white and peppermint tea. I eat zone diet bars for a snack or lunch. For snacks I make chocolate or vanilla fat free/sugar free pudding(jello) or yo plait yogurt and 3 cups of water ( I have at night to kill my appetite.) I have alot of soy and dairy fat free to kill my carb craving. i chew sugar free gum.
I got the library and pick up vegetarian and low carb cookbooks.

I know weird but it works.
Dont want to burdt your bubble but your not doing a high protein diet , you need to be below 30-50g of carbs a day
