Do you have a dress code at work? If so, make a copy and put it on her desk and do not let anyone see you do it.

As someone else said i would check and see if you have a policy covering dress code, if not as the Manager you could tell her that although you understand its fashionable its not appropriate for the work environment, and would like her to change it thats not being rude.

i did draft up so news rules today. i going to have a meeting on Monday. to let everyone know of new rules. i know to alot on here. i,m a jerk. but at work find it hard to be mean to hard working ladies.
