I would have to say a nice meal on the table, a warm fire in the stove, my family there to enjoy it with me and the one up above for allowing me to appreciate it.

My health and strength I work with seniors and they have such a hard time just doing what we dont even think we will ever have a problem doing ,,,,bathing yourself just standing with out help brushing your hair lifting your arms sitting down thank you thank you God for health and strength
