Alien's and terminator because they where the movie's that first got me in to Sci fi. Whats your fav?
Im a real sci/fi fan too, If u are not already familiar with Joss whedons work then check out Firefly and serenity and U might also like The Sarah Connor chronicles.

Im a big fan of Josses'(?) stuff and of TSCC. I was disappointed to hear that Dollhouse was recently canceled.

I wonder if it is more guilty pleasure than anything else but the string of sci/fi films Charlton Heston did I enjoy. Soylent Green, The Omega man and the first Planet of the Apes

who remembers Logans Run?
Keeneland: Logans Run...they did a TV Series too. That bloke York was in it. Humans living underground and had to be killed when their button turned red at the age of 30. This was cause they could not let the population get too big. Logan was a policeman who chased people who ran from being killed at 30 but when his light turned red he decided to run. Great movie!

A fan of Josses myself, I'vce the boxset of Firefly, and I've seen Dollhouse as far as episode 10 of season 2.
Defying Gravity looked like it had the potential to be good, despite a shaky start, but that's been cancelled as well after 13 episodes.
Stargate Universe so far has not yet grabbed my attention at all, I've almost given up hope that they'll manage to make anything worthwhile out of it.
For anyone who's a sci fi fan and hasn't yet got into Star Trek Voyager, you're seriously missing out, definitely the best of the star treks.

I feel the same about Stargate Universe - theres no humor, I find it a bit boring to be honest.
Never got into Atlantis either.
It seems like all the best shows get cancelled!
