Albany Police Cpl. Alan Lynn talks with Robert Earl Sherman, 45, as Sherman sits in the back of a patrol car Friday afternoon on First Avenue S.E. Lynn spotted Sherman loading bags into the back of a Honda Civic stolen in Springfield, according to police. When Sherman started driving away, Lynn tried to make a traffic stop and he initially refused. When a second officer arrived, Sherman pulled over and was arrested at gunpoint. Also responding to the incident were Officer Dezi Meza, left, Sgt. Chris Carter and Officer Robin McKnight. Carter said the bags contained the suspect’s personal belongings. Sherman was charged with possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in Linn County
Good stuff, make sure you do a very good cleaning of it - any residue left over from what they may have had drug-wise can set off detectors for it and you don't need to get your car ripped apart as a result if you get pulled over for a simple speeding ticket.
Yes, I always run 'what-if'/contingency plans through my head. I try to stay ahead of anything unforeseen if at all possible, subconciously done - programmed that way.
