FullIrish: The Training methods are weird, This 1 my mate does is he squats and puts his heels together and he must do this for 45 mins, I wouldnt have the head for it and it sounds easier than It is I would say
They are just leg stretches and warm ups, but they also increase muscular growth unaware to you as you do them, but its like anything strange to start but then very comforting.
its like an advanced yoga routine, they all came from the monks and there methods of slow work is the most powerful body training in history, and the most effective, they work there bodies and mind in one session.
saves energy and we have to all try to save the planet,, so there ways where right from decades ago. the masters of spirituals body and mind

A fighters mind is more focused and relaxed than most ordinary folk, self will power and disapline is the key to sucess or failure in life.
FullIrish: I`ll be honest here dude, I think the reason why people have steered clear of you as you say is because of your photo, now theres nothing particularly wrong with it, its just you have your arms crossed and your looking down onto the camera so your looking down on the people here if ya get what i mean, Crossed arms are body language signs that your not open tp approach well maybe when the photo was taken and its makin ya look hard and the tatts make ya look harder, not takin a swipe at ya or takin the piss just saying it as i see it

I meant maybe it was one thing or the other. Not both. My point is (and this is not a criticism) maybe some people just didn't share the same views as you or maybe they found it a bit intense

but as you know there are two sides to a line.Most folk want all i said but are scared to say incase they get attacked, but in reality majority would love a full country again.
And im sure that when sf get higher status that will be seen, there is already people signing up every day on the quite to give them higher support, but they wont should from fear and all the talks from the folk that want it but wont say it, but if ever they get power, watch how maney hipoccrits we have in the land.

True but i do think a lot of people couldn't care less anymore which is kinda sad but true.
