Somethingrandom: There is alot of interesting opinions on the prison thread one thing that came up a number of times was drugs.
I was just wondering would you go out with or have you been out with someone who was on drugs??? any type of illeagal drugs although i realise that there is a big difference between someone who uses drugs like hash and club drugs to people who are addicts.
I was just wondering i know lads who smoke hash and would not go out with a girls who smoke hash which seems a bit hypocritical??? all opinions welcome

I used to do Class A for personal use for about 2 years...
Not proud of it, but its part of my past..
i wouldnt go out with someone on drugs. i have went out with fellas in the past that were on drugs and their drugs always came ahead of me so never again.
i would date someone that did drugs in the past if they were clean now.

I have been known to take a drag of a joint at a house party, but I'd never purchase weed, seems pointless.

Seriously, I've always been a tubber but when I was going hell for leather partying in my late teens took me maybe, 6 weeks to lose over 2 stone, I looked disgusting.
Now, I accept people can use drugs recreationally. Fair play to them.
I went through a teenage phase, then gave up. To be honest, I don't mind people that do but don't expect me to follow your trend.

Also befriended a drug dealer when i moved to Dublin.
It seemed at the time like the right thing to do.
But clean now thank god.

First time I moved to Dublin, was living on Northside..
Not that I have a problem with it, most were lovely but boy was I the naive muck savage that got into a bad crowd.
I mean honestly, it was so normal to the people I was hanging around with.
In the end I had to cut all ties, now I didn't completely over do it but it was getting to the stage where once a month, turned into every second weekend.
I definitely think I have an addictive personality, so I generally do my best to surround myself by good, clean living people.

but if they were on coke or tabs or hash but were off them now and have been for a good while then yes..
