RE: giving up smoking .....

I'm off them 16 months now. Went to Allan Carr clinic in Dublin. They do be on in cork as well. It was 6 and a half hours lOng. She just spoke and we got to go for cigarette breaks in between. 20 mins b4 the end I knew I would never smoke again. Never had any withdrawal symptoms or cravings. It's 320 euro but depending on how many cigs u smoke u could have your money's worth within a few months. It's hard to explain but she says we are brainwashed so she talked logically for 6 and a half hours and it takes the brainwashing away. the website is allancarr.ie if u want to have a look. :-)

i'd give him till the morning. he has said that he is at some event so maybe he isnt able to text you yet although maybe when he text you to tell you he was at the event he should of just answered your question there and then. if you dont here from him by the morning though i wouldnt travel. he should at least give you plenty of notice especially when you are the one making the effort to go see him. all the best and i hope things work out

go for a few drinks on sunday night. if ye are working on monday then take it easy on the alcohol but be together till after the 12 o clock mark and then you aint done anything too much really but enough to say ye spent valentines together but this is coming from someone that hasnt had a valentines myself in a few years anyone wanna change that for me

A profile with a photo of the person for a start would draw me to the profile. i like profiles that are funny. it shows they have a sense of humour. i like when they say they like sports and like to keep fit. even better when they mention on their profiles that they are looking for more than just a bit of fun

ok, its 4.15 in the morning so this is an alcohol inflicted thread but anyways

just wondering if anyone has any ideas on who they would think from everyone on cs. who would make a good couple and why you think it.

i still think irish eyes and mcattack could of made it good and still could maybe im gonna be soooo killed in drogheda now for saying that but thats what i think.
