i am delighted for ye both. i think its great news when people come on the threads to say they have met someone. it makes me feel that the site is worthwhile and it gives me hope that i might meet someone too.

my idol is roy keane. he has been for the last 18 years and always will be. i love him love him love him. i would love to go with xray vision glasses and stalk him it is still my dream to meet him in person.
think im just distrusting of men in general. i have been hurt too many times in the past so i have put up a wall that will be very hard to take down now. i dont want to be thinking like that but its hard when i just keep getting treated like a fool. i like to treat others as i would like to be treated but any of my exes dont go by that theory. i would like to think all men are not like that but i just seem to meet them
i have my friends hen night in sligo on saturday. the theme is moulin rouge. my outfit arrived today. its so cool. its a short black and red dress with black holdups and black fingerless long lace gloves. a red and black choker chain, red feather boa, and a red feather for my hair. getting ghd curls on saturday and gonna get mad red lipstick and red nail varnish. cant wait for it now.
won lots of medals and trophies when i was younger for swimming. won 5 gold medals in athletics and swimming games in new york in 1994. was meant to go for 2 weeks but one of the volunteers seen how i could stand up in chair cos i have full power in legs and one day i was called into a room where there was a line of doctors. ended up staying over in new york for 2 months and i was fitted with artificial limbs. had to do press conferences over there and was on alot of the news channels. the world cup was on over there and the irish team sent me a best wishes card and they all signed it and as they were told i was a man united fan, denis irwin and roy keane both signed a little note on the card for me.i was on the phone to gerry ryan and he had my dad on another phone too from ireland. when i came home from new york rte and loads of newspapers met me at the airport. there was a civic reception held for me that day in my home town. was on alot of papers the next few weeks and an article was done for me in the womans way. i was on pat kenny radio show one day and he asked me what my wish would be and he told all the listeners that he would make my wish come true. i told him my idol was roy keane and that i would love to meet him. he told everyone he was gonna make sure i met roy keane. i left the rte studios that day and never heard from them again and thats the reason i cant stand pat kenny
my last one was 2 and a half months ago. went really well but his head was all over the place and then i met someone on a night out back home and was with him for 2 months. unfortunately it didnt work out so would be nice to go on another date sometime
hi all. im just having a few quiet drinks at home tonight. have my friends child's christening tomorrow so that should be good think ill see how ryan tubridy gets on tonight
i was on my first sun holiday when 9/11 happened. i was sitting in a restaurant in the algarve. the tv was up in front of us. couldnt believe it. i came home on the 16th. it was mental getting home. nobody was allowed in the airport at all until the time of our flight. there was thousands standing around in fields across from the airport. our flight was delayed by about 10 hours then. it was kind of scary though cos when we got on the plane the captain had a foreign accent and its just scared the life out of me. dont mean that to sound bad but started getting ideas in my head that the plane was hijacked. the last few days over there were so sad though. me and my friends had met a bunch of people from dublin and there were about 10 of us in the apartment constantly watching sky news to see updates on it. when i got home then i was reading newspaper clippings that i had missed during the week. one will always stand out "jump and die or stay and fry" that brought a tear to my eye when i read that heading.
have only been there once. united vrs charlton in 2004. it was unbelievable over there. really wanna go again but its so hard for me to get tickets. fair play to ya for being over there. you are so lucky.
