Oh dear not again,anyone can put up a pic and there is no way of knowing if it is really them. We are all adults and are more than capable of ignoring a thread if it is offensive,
people have all sorts of reasons for not putting up a picture, I didnt have one up for awhile after I joined.
maybe c.s needs to check the email addresses given???? if the have been use more than once,for banned people???

But sure it takes all of 3 mins to set up a new e-mail, so you can set up a new account, even the IP route doesn't stand any more.

We, the users of the site have some control too, these people get their jollies from the reactions they receive, please don't react, apart from reporting them, if the posting is outrageous enough. Earlier, I suggested just a
