There is no reason not to go thier other than you are going to get rather ill! Food poisening, food health and hygene is a non existent issue over thier....sorry, but its the strongest reason i can think of.

I have been in Asia for over 4 months now, not had any kind of illness except a common cold, maybe it's your own personal hygiene that's in question rather than local food.
