i think he has pissed a lot of his fellow golfers off there was nuthing in that interview that could not have been said last week or earlier in the week ....... he was due to play in the tavistock cup in march now thats on hold it will be interesting to see if he plays again ........ even rory mcllroy has spoken out about it and thats surprising ... basically he said what was expected of him apologise

...... we shall see personally id love to see him on the course asap ...... but he might do a bernard dunne and put family first and retire

I doubt he will retire, a golf career lasts a long time, but his head is all messed up, and its one game you cant play unless you are happy in the head, i do think the excuse he gave for the timing of the interview is sincere, that he is in the middle of therepy and bout to start more of that tommorrow, and i think the fact he is in that therepy, he was in now way fit mentally to answer questions, he looked like a broken man today

broken because he came across as being the image of squeaky clean etc and was caught out....... and golf aint a game that can be played in spurts .. u need to play a lot at that level even him to stay at thetop ...... there are too many top golfers out there catching up with woods ..... plus his wife holds the aces not him
