Have you ever thought, "I've got blackheads!" or "I want to get rid of my pimples!"? Ever wondered why "that girl" has got such flawless skin, and you don't? Don't envy her. Here are the secrets to flawless skin!

1-Invest in a cleanser, toner, moisturizer and facial scrub suited to your skin type. You might have to test out a couple of brands before you find the perfect one. Talk to an associate at a make up counter or stand alone make up store. You will be able to test different formulas. They may even offer samples so you can try a product out for a day or two.
If you have a bad case of acne or any other skin problem, consider going to see a dermatologist. They will give you the treatment you need.

2-Buy an SPF 15+ sunscreen for daily use. Try for a facial sunscreen with no fragrance or oil.

3-Use your face wash every day. You will not see a difference if you only use it once a week. Use your scrub only every few days as to avoid scrubbing off too much skin.

4-Wash off your makeup. Before going to bed remember to take off any makeup you put on. Washing your face may do the trick, but some makeup may require makeup remover.

5-Eat properly. A great menu is a balanced menu. Remember the food pyramid? Eat fruits and vegetables. They say eat 3 servings of fruit and 5 servings of vegetables. Avoid foods with caffeine, greasy foods and red meat.

6-Drink plenty of fluids. Try to drink 8 glasses of fluids every day! Avoid sugary soft drinks, caffeine and coffee. Green/herbal tea is good.

7-Exercise. It will help metabolize and help detoxify. A walk with your dog or some yoga lessons do make a difference! Plus if you are stressed out, it will de-stress you.

more tips:)

Olive oil is good for cleansing makeup, and is also good for your skin. It may be an option if you are sensitive to certain chemicals.

Continue to give your skin and body the attention it needs and you can expect to see gorgeous, glowing skin as well as a healthy new you!

Use tea tree oil for pimples, as it is antibacterial and also suitable for sensitive skin.

Try to avoid harsh formulas as they can damage skin over time. If you have combination skin look for something specifically for combination skin and avoid treatments for very oily or very dry.
It's important to keep skin clean and healthy during the summer so remember to maintain a good amount of sunscreen eachday and re-apply for extra protection.SPF 30 is a high range sun screen which should be applied.

If looking for Sun protection products, you are better buying natural ones, where the first ingrediant is Aloe Vera and the active agent is a natural mineral.

Majority of well known high street brands are made up of Water, Mineral Oil, Alcohol and wax.

rockrabbit: shea butter? Waz

Shea butter is a slightly yellowish or ivory colored natural fat extracted from the seed of the African shea tree by crushing and boiling. It is widely used in cosmetics as a moisturizer and salve. Shea butter is edible and may be used in food preparation, or sometimes in the chocolate industry as a substitute for cocoa butter.

The English name "shea" comes from sí, the tree's name in the Bamana languages of Mali. The French name "karité" comes from ghariti, its equivalent in the Wolof language of Senegal.

i googled it
