well the last time a man asked this question it certainlly didnt achieve that, the man was lambasted from all quarters lol.
While I do feel it is up to the individual to post whatever type of pics they wish I also feel that our profile pics are the first impression that a person has of us, this makes them decide whether or not to view a profile, ok there are other reasons but this one is up there, and it may lead someone to form an opinion about a person.
Womens profiles I dont usually look at but for me guys with no shirts on reads.."I am full of myself" and I certainly wouldnt make contact with them.

Come on, Y, I do not have revealing pics (JMO) and still get IM requests when my profile clearly states that my IM is off. What does that tell you? Do they really read my profile or just look at the pics. Now imagine if I had 8 pics and some revealing ones. It would take them few days to contact me and it would probably make their day(s)
