Take a step back... am not really sure what you want him to commit to.... ie; marriage or just staying celibate with you - I presume you have told him how you feel. Guys are just like us ... they are rarely confused if they really want something.... As for sending you flowers, following your profile - he could just be keeping his options open. You are probably the only one who can make a decision here...... he will probably just continue on seeing you without one.....

without knowing the ins an outs of your relationship I cant reall comment Catsy but I do think only he can answer your question..if he`s not ready then there is not a lot you can do about it ..try just accepting his decision ..you never know he may just miss you more than he thinks...
