Bluebells and snowdrops have come to life, crocuses huddled together in their little groups here there and everywhere. Spring, the awakening of nature in all its glory comes to life little by little, day by day.

Ah, Spring! The daffodils... Harvesting green cane down on the creek in anticipation of making the tomato cages that will be needed for the seedlings that are still in starter pots...
Completely capsizing the freakin' canoe for the very first time ever while paddling upstream and trying to negotiate swift water and big rocks... Getting wet to the neck during the aforementioned upset and realizing that the only bad part of it was soaking my smokes, grateful that even if the water was cold, the sun was warm and the cell phone is waterproof.
As long as there is spring to look forward to there will always be hope in the world.
