i would write my kids a really long letter each,stating all the things i love about them,all the things i could think of to help them later,and the permission to ignore all my advice.

I definitely spend the first hour in a panic..not good news! Then..I would gather all those who I love around me..and we could spend another hour in panic..then..we'd calm down and I would make sure each and everyone of them knew what they meant to me.
