Well i have seen 4 movies in the past week. Law Abiding Citizen is a must see. Gerard Butler is very good in it.
I also saw UP, its an animation i know but i like animation, and this is brilliant and funny.
Then i saw The Hurt Locker, its very realistic, not much of a story-line to it but a must see.
Also saw Shutter Island, probably the weirdest most confusing movie i have ever seen but Di Caprio is very good in it. All of these are worth watching. thumbs up

Cant remeber the last time I went to the cinema...confused

Im not the best at watching films...have to be in the mood but actually watched 2 movies this week.

IronMan and Batman "the dark night"

Both were pretty good.

Have read about UP.

If you like anime you might like "Spirited Away".
Sort of a fairy tale but pretty dark in parts and the animation is amazing.

I saw Ironman, i thought it was excellent. And the dark knight was excellent, Heath Ledger was brilliant. The only thing i didnt like was Batmans ridiculous voice in it though. laugh

Exactly how i felt. You didnt know what was going on until the last 5 minutes, i didnt like that aspect. I like being surprised, but this film took the piss i think.

have you seen AKIRA? Was based on the manga comics. Was ground breaking for its time. If not watch the original subtitled version as the american dubbed version sort of ruins the feel of it.
Same with spirited away actually.

So you said already!

On the thread "DVD" last Sunday:

floressea: Law Adiding Citizan is really good.

Try IMDB.COM.

I saw Law Abiding Citizen and it was a total load of horse manure but that is just my opinion. If you like pointless explosions, macho fantasy and don't mind the absence of a script and drink beer while you watch films then maybe it is for you.
