Here we've had so many different people settle here that its had a huge influence of what we eat, we've got Chinese, Syrian, African, Indian - just to name a few. In Trinidad I think our most popular foods has got to be Roti and Doubles(both Indian foods). in Tobago its Curried Crab and Dumplings. What's yours?
