i am far from a vegitarian. I love roasted veggies, and thought i would try it since it is supposed to be healthier. It just seemed like a waste of good squash, zucchini and stuff lol.

honestly, the only thing I ever missed when I was vegetarian, was bacon.. OMG did I miss bacon

i did it for almost 2 years.. I was dating "the girl of my dreams" lol.. and she was vegetarian.. so I adapted and to be honest I liked it.. the only meat I ever eat now is fish or chicken oh and bacon, well now it's turkey bacon.. I am slowly working my way back to it though.. one day soon, I hope.. it's just so much healthier... oh and yep you definitely

Pretty easy to make vegetables taste goood, just select the veggies of your choice, toss with erbs garlic and olive oil, sauteed in pan or on char grill to get good colour/flavour then just layer in baking dish with lasagne sheets, some yummy napoli and cheese if ya not vegan. yes, totally feel much healthier, i have nothing against others that eat meat, fish etc.....but i personally feel physically healthier, maybe its just in my head..lol....but honestly spinach vegetarian lasanga does rock.... and very sweet of you den to adapt for ur previous girlfriend...
