Well ... I gotta Vote for Bob Geldoff. Bob has some really good intentions but honestly why does he think that only $10,000 out of $1,500,000 promised for education in Africa got to education! Those countries are so poor they can't feed their own children but the despots running the factions can afford to buy frieghter loads of mortar shells and AK47 assault rifles. The despots aren't producing anything that will bring in cash ... just where do you think the cash is coming from? Chinese, Russian, Israeli and American arms dealers aren't going to give heavy metal on credit. Yesterdays despot is todays feather duster.
