I am suprised more people don't know this especially women.

It has been proven that eating a good wholesome breakfast actually assists with weight loss and then controlling weight once you loose it.

Absolutely agree. But cereals are NOT a wholesome breakfast. Too many carbs. I stick to fruit (usually strawberries) and full fat (none of this low fat rubbish) but no added sugar yoghurt. And a few mixed seeds sprinkled on top.

Buttered toast, scrambled eggs with ali-oli (garlic mayo to the rest of you guys) and fresh coffee!

And I'm LOVIN' it!
