I don't think age and maturity are mutually inclusive. I've met older guys who haven't learnt from their experiences and keep making the same mistakes over and over (immature), and younger guys who despite their lack of experience, behave in a mature and responsible way. Generally though, around about the same age probably works the best because chances are you'll have more in common? Older men can have erectile dysfunction problems but are more likely to make a commitment - younger men may have more energy and look better - advantages and disadvantages to both! Married men - definitely a no no! If you want to screw around, have the courage to get a divorce or at least separate and be open and honest about the life you lead...
doberman3: It's the willing married man that plays a part in this.
I do not like women who go against women & their children. Marilyn Albright had a good saying, "Women who goes against other Women will have their own special place in Hell".
Also, if the married man cheats on his wife, he will cheat on you also, a good ole Karnma thing. In other words, what goes around, comes around.
The Doberman
I just watched an episode of Oprah the other day and it was about a wife who sued the mistress and WON!!! heads up to all the puddies out there who get there kicks from messing with married men. Welcome to your future.
Hi leostartingover, your very last paragraph, and i quote "" courage to get a divorce or at least separate and be open and honest about the life you lead"",as i lived for 22 years in JHB, ""age and maturity"" is lacking in SA,thats way the sky rocketing divorce rate,as about, divorce first or separate, and lead your own life, forget it, the percentage is extremely low.-

I'm not sure if I am understanding your English correctly! Yes we do have a very high divorce rate (but divorce is on the rise everywhere) but I'm not sure you can blame it all on immature South Africans - that's a bit of a sweeping generalisation. You're divorced yourself and I think are mature enough to realise that every divorce situation is different. I am not suggesting that you don't first try to make your marriage work ok? I stayed in mine for 23 years trying to make it work!!!! What I am saying is that I'm tired of being hit on by married men wanting a fling. I think marriage vows MEAN something, and if you aren't prepared to stick to them, then have the balls to do something about it! Okay, comprendo???
You understood correctly my English, S,A had one of the highest divorce rate in the 70ties,and of cousce there are many reason for a divorce but to my mind, immaturity is first,as they get married not to be married for ever,as in the back of their mind is this "" we get married and if does not work,we get a divorce"". I got married in S.A and divorced there as well,my son visiting his mother (non Greek, and remarried and divorced again) over last Christmas, was saying to him, ""your father was right,we in SA have not learn to believe or want to stay married,as in many situations, we believe divorce,is the easy way out"".-During sixties and seventies very few divorces in Greece, nowdays three to five marriages, end up in divorce, who's to blame, i donnt know, certainly the modern way of living has something to do with it,though is very sad, when involves children.- If marriage vows MEAN something, steadily year after year MEANS less to more people.

plainlyjune: Married men give off an aura of self-confidence.that alone is attractive. Add an assurance that they can commit, (being married and all) heads turn your way.
Single men tend to be unsure.
It may be true but isn't that kind of....well...stupid and slightly paradoxical.... How about this; On Gilligan's Island Ginger says to Mary-Ann,"What is it that a woman wants most?........What another woman has".
Why, Oh Why. I stopped by to find the ladies who were searching for my experience, and I find more men posting then ladies. If you would like, I can pretend I am married, then we can rock 'n roll. It is very relevent though, that when married I did get the looks, the invites, but I always kept, saved myself for my wife. Now I wish I could kick myself in the butt.

Northof7: Christmas you are still a good looking woman in my eyes. You must have been a knock-out in your twenties.
People have told me since I lost wieght and got back into shape that I look twenty years younger (mind you I pay them thier usual fees monthly for saying this about me LOL). I think we are only as old as we feel.
Now, why women are attractted to married men. It is like this, you know you can see it and you maybe can touch it, but you know you can't have it. Just something to think about.
Awwwww.. what if i will tell you you look younger more than 20 years how much you gona pay my price then haha...
well what you have said is right sometimes I myself get attracted with mature guys either they are married or not but I don't think at this age I shouldn't expect anything that guys will also get attracted in me as nowadays there are lots of younger and beautiful women everywhere, for me its just an admiration of something I knew it will never happen.
