These things really creep me out..
You know; those doll things made to look like real babies..Yeeeww..
Went to a big yard sale today, and there was a stall selling them. They are way more creepy close up too..
Tried to make myself pick one up, and got half way and then had to put it down, it felt so odd.
Then later, I almost bumped into a woman holding one of these horrible things..she was walking around, laying it over her shoulder like a real baby. It really freaked me out.
I think there is something serious disturbing about these things, and I cant, for the life of me, see what women see in them.

I saw them as well and they made me think of dead babies....I love children immensely and babies are the best ...and they just seem to real....and lifeless....not a good feeling to me at all

They look like dead babies, to be honest, with their eyes still open. I just find them very disturbing..
Yes, I think in some cases women who cant, for some reason have kids, get them instead. I saw a Wife Swap program not long ago, though, where one of the women had 12 of these things, together with 3 real children. She was also "expecting" a 13th. The real children said that their mom gave the dolls more attention than them.
That is seriously wrong!

Was on my way to work one day and passed the jr. high school...knew some kids had kids there and put them in daycare.
Was at noon. 2 girls, one holding a baby..carefully.
Boy comes up, grabs baby from her and plays 'keep away'...
Girl is frantic, trying to get the baby.
I got to my office and called the school and reported it.
They called me back....said that it was one of the 'fake' babies that the kids have to take care of for a parenting class but that it was unacceptable behaviour.
They have mechanisms in them that cry, even in the middle of the night, wet, etc....all the rotten things babies do.
Can't leave them, or they 'die'.
Anyway, as it turned out, from what the teacher told me, those kids were in a lot of trouble.
