I have been playing space invaders on the google bar half of the day
Godsgift: It was pac man that reminded me. But space invaders was older and not even in colour. The figures were green. Then there was asteroids!
well I am still a "young wan" but remember playing space invaders on a comadore 64 
think that is what they were calledGodsgift: OMG...the commodore 64! Before we had these basic computers like ZX spectrum or Commodore PET or Commodore 64, you had to play these games in pubs or arcades. There were machines you stood at and table top versions too. The electronics was pretty basic and they had a huge spinning internal disc drive electronic memory capacity was crap at that time.
