Obviously they are the ones running the oil rigs so legally it's on BP.
Also, BP just spent 50 million on PR. pathetic.
When Tom Hayward, the head of BP came out and said he wishes this was fixed so he can have a life again; that was the last straw. Spoiled brat hadn't worked 40 hours in years Im' sure.
They didnt' act fast enough and didnt' take it seriously at the start.
Anyone trusting a big Corporation is insane.
