It's maybe more difficult these days for people to feel content because some often dont get past the first two on the bottom of the pyramid, with the depression and no work etc. So many relationships just don't happen, or aren't successful so the personal fulfillment part isn't there either, and extended familites/communities are not there to fill that gap any more.
I still think we shoould take it seriously though as a guide to what we do need, and for something to work towards.
