its like anything if you eat some kind of cereal for breakfast and lunch and had a small healthy dinner and no snacks for two weeks you would loose weight over the two weeks however the chances of it staying off afterwards are not great though
Ciano: hmmm well will have to see mate of mine said it works really well but u have to keep exercising the whole way through
Through my ex trying every known weight loss gimmick under the sun, I found out that the only way to lose weight is exercise and healthy eating. By running 3km every day, eating healthy small meals and not snacking, I lost a stone and a half in 2 months. As long as you're disciplined, it'll fall off. Guarentee it

Admittedly, not for the last few weeks (since I started coming on here funnily enough) but yeah, I hit about 3 months of running every day. Must start it up again. I can feel it coming back.
Well you're 5'10" and you dont look that much overweight, so it's going to take you 2 and half to 3 months to lose 2 stone...and in the end if you do your gonna look seriously worn out, droopy face etc...as for lifting weights, it will help with losing weight if your diet is strict but you won't gain any muscle and in a calorie defecit you'll lose a lot of muscle but from there on once the weight is gone a healthy diet (diet been a new way of eating for the rest of your life as opposed to on and off scenario) will see you in shape about 6 months after..so give it a year man of dedication to see good results...foods of choice been porridge, tuna, spinach, wholegrains, nuts, fish, lean meat, complex carbohydrates from the whole grains, rice and potatoes, eggs, fruit particularly banannas and eh plenty of water...things to avoid if it ain't obvious do some research...
