Well... it is indeed. The creator of this video obviously made his best, but... But it’s not difficult to make your best when you picture the centre of SPb. The town was planned as a capital, and as an eye sore for Russophobic Europe, and for show. It’s dismissed now as capital, Russophobia is in blossom so the town is still bearing its second function, and the show also is there.

I think there's a belief that a strong regime collapsed and left an everybody for him or herself attitude and reality .. and that a lot of people are making money out that circumstance ... but I don't get that Europeans are generally antiRussian.
