TwinkleStar_70: Pay as you go! ?

pay as you go or billpay, shouldnt make a difference

once the names are stored on the sim's memory (as opposed) to the phone, they should be safe should the phone gets broken

in the case of the phone being lost/stolen, you can log into your personal account of your network provider (you may have to register first), where you have the option to manually type in all the names/numbers from your phonebook, should your phone ever get lost/stolen thumbs up

I did the same with mine.
Was in my trousers pocket, popped the whole lot into the washing machine.... 60 deg wash/rinse/spin and out it come.
The lady in the laundrette said it was still working when she go it, asked her how she figured that out...... well she said it was "ringing" when it came out of the machine....rolling on the floor laughing

I'll get my coat........

Don't let John Gormley and the Greens know you're washing at 60 degrees.....that's more than likely a hanging offence in their manifesto!

However...you remind me of the Glasgow girl who phoned an ambulance at the end of her pregnancy. Her waters had broken and when Ambulance Control asked her where she was ringing from, she quietly answered,

" From tha waist down!"laugh

Pass my coat whilst your there!blushing
