SereneGreen: depends what your looking for I guess......I've been on dates a week after chatting with people and ive been on dates a few months after chatting ..... i think its good to get the measure of someone for a little while online first but nothing is as good as meeting face to face........tells me fairly quickly if I'm on the same wave length with the person or not

Oh does it really? So you use a first date not to really try to enjoy yourself but to judge someone?
