theres one doin the rounds that looks like its from google but its not..and as far as I know its a scam. And the geniune ones only pay a pittance.....you wont exactly get rich overnite!

Well, guess it depends how much traffic your site gets. And therefore how many times the ads get clicked. A friend of mine in the UK is a professinal web site designer and she makes about 300 to 400 British Pounds per MONTH with her sites
