Yea, thats my thoughts. How can he be left out? No woman is safe, it's actually a very scary situation. And his family want nothing to do with him so he probably won't reside in the Dublin area. Gosh knows where he'll head to.

He refused all counselling in prison and still maintains he did nothing wrong. He WILL reoffend.

If anything, I think this topic in here will raise awareness on the issue.

The men on here inclueded- I'm sure ye have Mammys and siters, girlfriends or daughters? Larry Murphy is a threat. Every paper states it. Everyone agrees he'll almost surely reoffend.

A woman has not vanished in Ireland since he was put in prision ten years ago. He's the only suspect, but the gaurds can't pin him for those murders.

You should be wise to it, might save your life if you meet Mr. Murphy who'll be roaming the streets this week

well it sounds like he's a monster and shouldnt be let out. but this country has always been pathetically tame when it comes to sentencing

The FBIs profiling unit were called in to look into 3 other murders and they concluded his profile exactly matched the killers' and that he is certain to reoffend!

Fair enough, imo...you're right he shouldn't be released, everyone is going to agree, there ain't much of a dicussion about it.

I get what you're doing though, trying to raise awarness...but unfortunately he's release will probably cost some girl who is alive now her life. That's our country for ya.

The media will do a good job of hounding him and making his life a misery, hopefully.

Exactly. At the end of the day, as much awareness as possible is necessary.

I was reading Fiona Looneys article there today in the Daily Mail, not that I usually like what hse has to say, but today she wasn't self- proclaiming and condensing a meaninless novel into an oversized article. She was saying that our only hope with regard to being somewhat safe with the likes of Mr. Murphy around is that the media are going to devour him, totally hound him. I really hope they do.
