Well we changed all our registers over to new ones...So we are all learning the new system...which is easy...
But I am never normally out the front with customers...I am out the back cooking food and such...but they want me to learn so that's fine...and I was going along happily right up till her...everyone else had been lovely....but there's always one and normally I can shrug it off...today just wasn't one of those days...and I am a marshmallow...never rude to anyone...so gets my goat when people are just so rude....and all I asked to set her off was....what else would you like with your cappuccino?? Sheeesh

or that your boss had a go at her. It is stressful enough dealing with the public, its more stressful when you have new registers, some people need to get a life, and develop some patience
Yes the girl on coffee backed me up saying I was new and just learning so could she be patient...all that got her was an earful also lol
