I'm sure his feeling comfortable talking to you had a lot to do with your fatherly insights and disposition. There's a lot of kids out there that have never known a mom, or dad, or even worse - the mom or dad does'nt know them. Good chance you brought more to that kid's world in a two hour talk, than he has had in quite some time.

Hey Paws, would you call my son? That way you can listen to him talk for two hours instead of me. j/k He's 17 and just as silly as it gets. He's very immature and I think that's from never having a man around. Yes, I was married. Like I said, from never having a man around.

Feels just great Paws. I said this in an earlier thread,
but I had 4 pop in on me Sunday afternoon, unexpected. Two
were my sons ages(22&27) the other two may as well be, they
call me Mom ages(22&26). Said we love you Mom and just want
to hang out with you. WOW!!! Everyone knows about my tender
heart, the tears were flowing. We hung out in the pool room
and shot some pool, then walked back to my apartment. Joined
by my sister, we laughed, we cried we even talked serious
stuff such as relationships and Mom, how do you make it work?
Well Mom does'nt have all the answers, but so glad all 4 of
them feel they can come and talk to me about personal
things.
