There is truth here. If you already are expecting the worst that can happen they you are programming your brain to see that happen.
People do this to themselves all the time and they never move beyond the place where they can get past the problems.
If you do not see past the problem they you have no reason to believe it will work...what if you think it can work and it does...what kind of life will you be enjoying then?
