I tend to just stay out of the controversial threads, I didn't come on here to argue, just to have fun and make some friends. When people get so pissed off that they try to sue, that's way too over the top for a dating website. This is the internet and people are going to say what they will, if you don't like it move on to something else.

as the administrators of the site, they have a legal responsibility to ensure no malicious rumours, or cyber-bullying takes place.
kind of like how a nightclub can be sued if a brawl breaks out between 2 people. whilst in that establishment, its up to the nightclubs owners to take responsibilty and ensure the safety of those who frequent it
