mnowsa: I have always been fascinated and intrigued by the idea of learning as many languages as possible in my entire life time. I am sure, just like me, many of us feel the same way as i do. I would love to hear from my fellow CS members about how many languages they are familiar with in general. It would be just awesome if they tell us which language they find easy to learn and which they don't find so easy. yes, greek indeed is very difficult to learn...but my understanding is italian and spanish are little less complicated when comparing them with german or greek. then again, i could be wrong too...

well, if for you understanding a language means exchanging greetings and salutations then i have to correct my previous statement and say i can also understand any language...it is not a big deal to be able to say a few common set phrases...
