anniebaby: for everyone on here who helped me a few months ago when i was looking for memorial poems for mum well i cudnt decided but its getting narrowed down
i just want to say a big thanks as its a yr on monday since she passed away and i just want to show everyone the verses i put into the paper to remember herfrom me Though it's been year now
since you were taken away,
the memories are still strong
and I wish you were here today.
I can't see nor touch you
so I know you're not here
but I've still got the past
and in my heart you're still near.
I used to wake up at night
crying and calling your name,
I must of needed someone
‘cause of all my hurt and pain.
If I could see you one last time
you know what I would do-
Release all my emotions
and say mum, I LOVE YOU!from her grandaughter
Granny I do not weep at your grave,
for I know your are not there,
you've a date with a
butterfly to dance in the air.
You’ll be singing in the
sunshine, wild and free
playing tag with the wind
while I am missing thee.

It gets easier as time goes by, My mother is dead now 3 years and it was hard at the start but as the years go by you just get on with your life

ah very nice ,, and it does get easier if thats the proper word to use ,, its strange the other day i so wanted to drop up to my old house to see my mam and dad ,, but the house and neither of them are there anymore ,, it was a very strong like urge ,, mam gone 3 years dad not a year yet ,, but i do belive you will never get over a loved one passing away i think you just find a different way to live without them ,,

your right though it is hard, we lost my brother in law 14 weeks ago tomorrow totally out of the blue and he was more like a brother to me then a brother in law. he was the one that gave "the talk" to any boyfriends and would always look out for me and now hes gone. its tough and you never forget them they are always with you and always looking over you. my nephew always called him his buddy and he was abroad with my parents when it happened and on the plane on the way home he turned around to my mam and said "you know what nana, for every person thats died theres a cloud in the sky and theres a new one out there for my buddy, he can see me going home to help everyone look after carol(his wife,my sister) and alex(their 17month old baby) and he knows were gonna be strong and never forget him" hes 11 and of course doesnt fully understand but sometimes kids just say the right thing at the right time.
to all that have lost someone close to them in their life, they have left our world but will never leave our sidesangle101: ah you poor thing ,, ah life isnt fair sometime , xxxxx
