clonakilty black pudding with chilli marmalade on a bed of seasonal salad
main course....
Seared medalions of beef served on a bed of mash with toasted chedder, seasonal vegetables, salad potatoes in a garlic and parsley butter surrounded by a red wine joux
dessert....
profitteroles served with a homemade chocolate toffee sauce with icecream....
and to round off
an irish coffee..(ofcourse)

ah yeah, you see i'm used to cookin for friends, once had 12 for dinner party here......was slavin away for 2 days.....
like hosting bbq's in the summer if we can guarantee good weather....lol! i'd usually have a gang load of folks for them...
and have catered for christenings before too......
cooking is very relaxing, for me, its just the tidying up afterwards that kills me !lol!
