Shell225: I've given up wearing my gumboots in the horse padock, they just get stuck in the mud... am going barefoot now..
Perhaps if you use a canoe paddle you'll be able to get through the low lying areas easier..
Are you telling me to "go paddle a canoe" Shell?
My ute gets through OK ... I had a great Chrissy Dinner on the Gold Coast.
Perhaps if you tied short planks to the horses hooves they wouldn't cut up the paddock so much ....
There goes Neddy looking fo a dry piece of grass ... Whoops! Left front is heading West, Right front heading East, Left rear heading North and Right rear heading South ...

perhaps not.
hadnt meant to say 'go paddle a canoe' ... but I guess its better than go float ya boat, which we all seem to be doing at the moment.
Yes the padocks are a mess and ankle deep in water the best wet fall I've seen - my pony was running, fell over, and slipped in the mud for about 20 feet, straight under the wire fence and ended up in the padock next door. He's white so one whole side of him was just black mud...
