In response to: Some people go to church.. Some people go to synagog.. Some people go to mosque..
What 's the difference;
All right, there is one god for all people, is not it.?
What is important? Humanitarian, moral, social, conscious of the values to live in...
I was taught and after having grown up and thought for myself, I also suscribe to what I was taught. I believe that all religions are different ways of demonstrating respect and faith to the same G-d. I believe all religions have the same common beginings. However, as Humankind left the 'Cradle of Civilization' and migrated all over the Globe, the differences in the new areas helped to shape the variations in the basic 'Stories or Books'. This is a normal thing in evolutionary progress - There came to be other ways to explain to children using their environment, as how can one explain with descriptions of things from an area no longer lived in? It can't be visualized. "Remember asking a Grand Parent but what did it look like? Then being told do you know what_________ l looks like? well it is like that but different, it is hard to explain." Since reading was not a thing for the common people, there were those that were chosen to keep the old stories alive. This started with a verbal passing down, each story teller put their own emphasis in the telling. Eventually, technology made the way for reading to begin being a right for all peoples then, some beging tracing back the original writings as much as possible and to tell the true story. The Languages also evolved and changed as people branched out along with their physiology, as a result of adaption to different environmental conditions. The process of translation from Old, oft dead languages is difficult, as much has been lost. Also, many modern languages have no translation for things that might not have been in their current environment. You can see this today. An example, my Late Husband was Catholic, so we attended the Catholic Church, by agreement. The thing I noticed was that during the Holiday Liturgies, based on the same Books and Passages of the Bible. Each year, a different Priest gave the Holiday message. Every single one was different. The basic tenent was the same but Each's interpretation of the meaning was different. The emphases were on what was most important to each Priest. So it is easy to see how different Religions can get started.
