so thats where i went wrong ...... i went abroad too .... when i was 16..... they liked my accent too ..... prob is tho 25 yrs later i've lost the accent .... nd i'm still here

You do get over it after a while, Time is a healer
I had my heart broken before and it took me 2 and a half years to get over it properly, It was only then I started to feel good about myself and that I was better off away from her anyway, still think about her now but there is no feelings there now, its just numb and cold, I don`t care anymore and you will feel the same someday too

Oh I remember that - it was my first year in Ireland ... I thought they were surrender flags - knew nothing about GAA at the time ... actually still know pitifully little ....
