Sound is a longitudinal pressure wave so it will be created anyway when the tree falls, whether there is an ear in the area to receive (hear) it or not will make no difference.
Biofuels can only make a small contribution to transport. However wood fuels can make a significant contribution to heating. In Ireland wind wave and wood will be the big ones in the future.
I heard that Mayo was cursed by the 1951 team antics on the way home and that a Mayo team and would never win an All Ireland again as long as members of the 51 team were still around. So we'll see if still stays that way.
