Brilliant thanks mate. Little bit bloodshot but assured that should only last a week or so. Totally painless surgery. Now have 20/20 vision without lenses or glasses. Same weather as you today btw .

You would think by now we would have evolved to cope with our climate environment. Larger snowshoe size feet, padded fatty elbows and much stronger wrists to cope with the falls...

I went to Bath in Wiltshire today, loads of snow in the countryside, so beautiful, fortunately the motorway was clear, bitterly cold all day.
