tarnsnz: Ok, updat, good news & bad

Bad news, his boss is more of a arsehole that what I orginally thought

Son actually took out insurance when he had his car loan and sorted it all out and just needed a signiture from his boss & he was covered. So rings him and he didn't want to know about it, not his problem How can anyone be horrible after what he did to them all.

Son could of just left it in his letterbox to sign and pick it up - no big deal but didnt want to know about it. So son took the paperwork into receivers for them to try & get Good news

Through word of mouth, he got a phone call last Friday for a building job interview this morning

and started work today

Its for 2 weeks, and if all goes well, they will offer him a permanent position so awesome

Fantastic news hunny. There's the first positive and I'm sure that in no time the rest of the negatives will start to turn around. Keep your chin up. Hopefully the receivers will bring him some more good news. teddybear

bouquet hey
In response to: and what better way to celebrate then have ya son come home and tell ya the lovely chrissie presents they got - NOT

Boss waits for them to finish building the house and rings them on there travels home to notifiy them

There is no more work
and The Company has gone into receivership today
& they probably won't get paid their wages or any of their holiday pay owingMerry Bloody Xmas

His foreman has a young baby and family to support and there are others with families too, so I really feel sorry for them as that really suks

So now I have a jobless apprentice that I will have to support as there will no be little chance of getting another job so close to xmas and thanks to a useless boss, he probably won't get all the money owing to him

If it don't rain, it pours but I will just fill up me wine glass
