Is it finding someone to love the biggest achievement?
Personally I think there is a lot of confusion about that. Too much invested usually for just a bloody lottery.cheers

Well, if there was a logical, scientific approach to it, it would be pretty boring, wouldn´t it! dunno hug

Yes. Actually I had in mind when I posted this. It seems there is an excessive fixation in finding a partner in many people, when life is open and there are many good thigns we can fulfill just to live life to the fullest. And maybe, but just maybe, after achieving other things that make us feel more stable, we can achieve love. hug

That's what I'm working on. Enjoying my life (with or without a partner) ... discovering new things about myself, learning to be more loving to me, and I'm also working on establishing more friendships. A partner/spouse would be the bonus but one can certainly have a fulfilling life regardless of that occurring.

I agree, and enjoy life too, but isn't it so much better to share with someone. Whatever people say about being happy alone, we humans are designed for being WITH other humans, that is my experience anywaygrin angel devil

Of course, and hopefully by networking I'll find some wonderful man to share my life with, but I'm not letting the lack of his presence in my life now, determine my level of happiness. I'm learning to be content, either way.

I admit it was easier to find a male when I was young and pretty. Now it is hard as there are too many males for the number of females here. I wish I had a magic wond.
