Have any of you had to deal with sickness? No I don't mean things like a cold or a flu,but major illnesses? If so how do you not only deal with the constant fatigue but also how it impacts you mentally.

Tired in mind and body.

Thank you very much for your response faithfulness. It's greatly appreciated.I am sure that you will understand when I say that I am very uncomfortable with broadcasting the specifics here.

It's all just a big discouragement.I used to be so active and now there are days when peeling myself off the bathroom door is difficult.

I understand maryrachelle. I, also, am dealing with tiredness and fatigue to do some health issues. I can relate to the days of discouragement and peeling myself out of bed, out of a chair, etc.

Best advice I can off is to do as your doctor advises, and try to stay as active as you can. You will have some good days or days that are better than others.

I was born a type one diabetic and due to the diabetes I've had heart surgeries and partial amputation of my right leg it was below knee. Since I was born with it mits been an ongoig process to deal with it. It takes a strong will to live and accept what you have.

Bless you yeswho.I think you are much stronger then what I am.

I remember what my life used to be and I look at what it is now and the difference is startling and disappointing.Maybe this is going to sound incredibly shallow, but all my life I was always fit and in shape, never over a size 8, and since all of this started happening,be it a combination of feeling badly and medications, I have gone up so much that I think this makes me feel even worse. That's horribly shallow I know, but it's how I feel.

My mother suffers from Lupus and I hate seeing her getting sicker every year. This has been something she has been dealing with for at least a decade.I know that she was not doing well when she was doing what she thought she should do and neglecting her treatments and medications.Recently well I guess over the last few years she has been following the Dr's orders and taking her meds how she should be.Since she has been taking better care she has been feeling better and has been able to be more active.Everyday is a struggle for her because of the Lupus but at least she can do a little more.I am sorry if this isn't helpful to you I just thought maybe hearing about someone dealing with an illness would give you some insight.

I would look into alternative treatment.

Natural Healing methods heal the whole body.

Then check your Spirituality.

It's all about Balance.

Body, Mind and Soul... keep it in balance.

When the immune system gets imbalanced, it begins attacking itself.
All diseases are immune system imbalances.

I suffered from Fibromyalgia for years, a so called incurable disease.
I took an immune system builder and was cured in 10 days.
This began my seeking in depth of Natural Healing.

That was 15 years ago, and I have learned so much!
Seek and you will find.
Listen to your body.
There is lots of info on the net to help you.

My favorite website...

Scroll down the page and read what others have done and what works and doesn't work.

Hope this helps!

What I wouldn't give to have some type of faith.I envy those that do.I would love more then anything to be a believer, but sadly I am not.You are truly lucky to have faith.

I would love to hit the gym like I used to,but to be honest even doing my daily chores wipes me out.I have thought about alternative therapies, but I live on a limited income and those therapies are expensive.Much more then I could ever afford.

My mum has a heart cancer. She had been in hospital since early April until last Monday. She looks healthy outside, she never wants to show to her children that she’s in pain. My sisters and brothers visit us very often. Mum looks happy when she’s accompanying her grand children playing...and wants to see married.doh

There is no luck in faith. Faith is believing in what is not yet, as though it is.

If you truly want to be a believer, then Only Believe! It's quite simple.
Ask and you Will receive! You have not cos you ask not.

There is a story of a woman who had an issue of blood for 18 years. She believed if she could only touch the hem of Jesus garment, she would be healed. She reached out and touched it, in a crowd of people. He felt power go out from him and asked, "who touched me?", He then told the woman, "Your Faith has healed you".

His help is FREE! We believe because He has touched each one of us, just when we needed it most. And He continues to help us daily. He loves you maryrachelle and He wants you well. Only believe...

For your arthritis...
1 tsp. organic apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. honey
8 oz. water
drink 3 times a day.

You will feel improvements immediately, gain energy and within 5 days be pain free.

It removes the toxins from your body.

Drink lots of WATER!
Eat raw fruits and veggies if you can.

Please try this and let us know how well you feel!

Ive been dealing with it for the past 4 years, many times I felt like giving into it but then I thought anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength....I also realised to do what my body says and not to fight against it..if fatigue or sickness overwhelms me I take to my bed and my family and friends take over.....wine
