I don't think they are looking for anything much different from a "younger" man...however they may be more realistic in what they are expecting from a partner...
The one "mature" man that i was interested in on this site, was honest enough to tell me he thought he was too old for me...I still care for him dearly and he still remains my friend...another fine quality in "mature" men...they have the capacity to still remain friends...

I tried to drive out to BC once...got stuck at the West Edmonton Mall..

OLDER MEN LOOK FOR THE SAME AS YOUNGER MEN JUST NOT FROM SOME ONE TO YOUNG MAYBE 10 TO 15 YEARS YOUNGER.BUT HAVE A HARDER TIME TO FIND SOMEONE

they sometimes may miss these women, unintentionally, by trying to go for the whole nine yards.
But Paws, what with face lift and all, lots of these women you like won't have crows feet around their eyes.
It is not to say that men do this only...women (cougars) go through a "stage" i suppose..but its more likely that an older man will settle with a younger woman...than a younger man will stay put for an older woman...
Its not necessarily a insultive thing either...its just human nature really...
Again the movie i referred to was exactly this topic..and what it opened my eyes to (especially given my age and circumstance) that i at this age have sooooo much to bring to a relationship, that a woman half my age could not possibly...and i am speaking about the wisdom of life's experiences....
