They aren't acting. Humankind, aka, 'Bozosapiens' used their intelligence to invent stupidity. As ignorance is supposed to be bliss, there should be a lot more happy people on CS, but there aren't, hence there are more stupids; stupidity has a certain charm but ignorance doesn't and intelligence tests sometimes shows a person how smart they would have been not to have taken it.
Stupidity is the building basic building block of the universe.

Sometimes people act stupid (play dumb) when they are really not. They do this to gain an advantage over another person or situation. They have it all figured out in their minds and are just waiting to get ahead for personal advantage…many times for money.
Scammers are very good at “Psyching out” and playing dumb at first as are some of our Politicians. They have a plan and don’t say their true intensions until they receive your trust.
